GRADE R
The Way’s Grade R offers play-based learning and a Christ-centred approach in a safe and nurturing farm atmosphere.
In the Grade R phase, our educators begin cultivating a love of learning, through Christ-centred, play-based methods, in a farm-like environment. Our young learners gain a range of skills to prepare them for primary school, including social, emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual.

Grade R School Readiness
Regular communication between Grade R and Grade 1 teachers ensures that Grade Rs reach their school-going goals.
#Discoverland
Our secure play area, #Discoverland, has been designed specifically for our Pre-Primary classes to learn effectively through play. It consists of, amongst other things, a sensory garden, storyland centre, “messyland” kitchen and numerous climbing, hanging, crawling, and jumping apparatuses, for physical and sensory development.
